mParticle, a provider of infrastructure for customer data, recently announced the acquisition of Vidora, an AI platform for customer data personalization.
The combined offering improves the value of customer engagement and analytics tools with predictive and prescriptive AI modelling capabilities. With the acquisition, mParticle claims that teams will find it simple to build and deploy models across the 300+ API integrations in its partner ecosystem to enhance decision-making, segmentation, and personalization.
Vidora’s team, led by CEO Alex Holub, will join mParticle in addition to the company’s proprietary technology. At this time, the agreement’s terms are being kept under wraps.
