The combined company creates a powerful marketing platform for luxury brands, bringing together North & Warren’s proprietary audience data, content, and digital marketing solutions with Interluxe Group’s unparalleled strategy, design, and in-person activation capabilities.
Together, North & Warren and Interluxe Group will deliver an end-to-end marketing solution, featuring strategy, digital marketing, in-person activation, creative, and content services. The integrated offering and access to highly targeted affluent and high-net-worth audiences will help our luxury partners deliver growth through increased conversion, improved customer acquisition, and stronger brand affinity.
The combined company will have more than 100 team members across North America and Europe. North & Warren‘s Co-Founders, Nick Van Sicklen and Matt Carroll, will continue in their roles as Co-CEOs and members of the Board of Directors. Emma Gwyther, Founder and CEO of Interluxe Group, will continue to lead Interluxe Group and will join the Board of Directors of North & Warren.
