Guideline has launched WRAP Cloud, a SaaS-based, AI-powered version of its WRAP audience analytics platform, bringing more than 30 years of television audience analysis to a browser-based environment. The platform provides publishers, agencies, and brands with access to linear TV and CTV ratings, local daily ratings, multi-market analysis, and established WRAP reports without local installations, virtual desktops, or manual data file management. WRAP Cloud also enables new reports, datasets, AI capabilities, and Model Context Protocol integrations to reach customers without traditional software deployments or version updates. Enterprise controls include single sign-on, role-based access, and market-level entitlements enforced at the API level.

“The people who decide what airs, what it sells for, and where to invest next shouldn’t have to wait for a seat on a dedicated machine to see how last night’s audience behaved,” said Steve Silvers, Chief Product Officer at Guideline. “WRAP Cloud puts 30 years of trusted analysis in front of everyone who needs it. It is also the blueprint for every Guideline product: the enterprise’s trusted source of truth and intelligence, delivered on a modern SaaS platform that keeps improving and is built for AI.” John Yang, Lead Product Manager for the Guideline WRAP suite, said the SaaS model preserves the methodology and reports customers rely on while eliminating software installation and file management requirements. WRAP Cloud is commercially available now, while WRAP Desktop remains supported.
